All home sports events will be held without fans through Jan. 17, the athletic department announced in a release Sunday.

The decision comes after the University reached an all-time high in positive COVID-19 cases earlier this month and announced plans to begin the spring semester virtually until at least Jan. 18. The release states fans with tickets for events held through Jan. 17 will receive information regarding exchange, donation and refund options.

Television and streaming options for the scheduled women’s and men’s basketball games can be found on the athletic department website. Gymnastics streaming options will be provided at a future date.
