A Maryland mother is filing a federal lawsuit against a former professor serving time in prison for possessing child pornography.
Diego Fasolini, 43, pleaded guilty in April to knowingly possessing hundreds of images of minors, some as young as three years old, being forced to engage in sexual acts. After his prison sentence, Fasolini will be on a supervised release for five years.
