With clear mission to help veterans, GW and former soldiers see payoff

GW has committed millions of dollars to help veterans afford a GW education and is building a reputation as a military-friendly reputation by focusing on extra on-campus support. In turn, the University hopes to capitalize on the growing population through a host of academic programs that will generate nearly $2 million in extra revenue.
