The Atlantic 10 released its schedule pairings for the 2020-21 women’s basketball season in a press release Monday.

The Colonials are set to play a 16-game conference slate complete with eight games at the Smith Center and eight road trips. GW will play each team in the league once and Davidson, Duquesne and George Mason twice for a home-and-home series.

Last season, the Colonials squared off with Duquesne and George Mason in a home-and-home series. The squad swept the Dukes in both matchups and split its games with the Patriots. George Mason handed GW its first loss in conference play, but the Colonials bounced back to beat the Patriots by five in their next meeting.

GW fell to Davidson on the road in last season’s game. The Colonials hold a slight historical edge over the Wildcats, earning a 3-2 record in the last five seasons.

On its home court, the squad will take on Dayton, Fordham, St. Bonaventure, Saint Joseph’s and Virginia Commonwealth University. The Colonials will hit the road for matchups with La Salle, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Richmond and Saint Louis.

Dates, times and national television information for the conference season will be released at a later date, the release states.
