A female staff member reported that her piece of cake was stolen from the communal fridge at the administrative offices.

A GW Police Department officer on patrol observed graffiti of a symbol with two squares on the blue University address sign on I Street.

Theft II/From Building

Mitchell Hall (7-Eleven Store)

The 7-Eleven manager reported that an unknown woman stole merchandise from the store shelf and hid it in her socks. The manager and GWPD don’t know what merchandise was stolen. The subject exited the store and left the area.

GWPD responded to District House after staff reported marijuana in the building. The marijuana was confiscated and taken to the Academic Center Room B148.

GWPD responded to Thurston Hall after staff reported marijuana in the building. The marijuana was confiscated and taken to the Academic Center Room B148.

Unlawful Entry/Urinating or Defecating in Public

Academic Center (Garage)
4/2/2020 – 6:28 a.m.
Closed Case

GWPD responded to the Academic Center garage for a report of a previously-barred man with no affiliation to GW. Officers made contact with the man and discovered that he urinated in the garage. GWPD arrested the subject, and the Metropolitan Police Department transported him to the Second District police station for processing.
