The Student Association Senate unanimously approved the Joint Elections Commission’s proposed new election date in an emergency meeting Friday.
The Student Court will hear arguments over whether the elections commission unjustly excluded a prospective Student Association presidential candidate from the SA ballot.
The Student Court must choose whether to hear cases from three prospective Student Association candidates who were kicked off the ballot.
