A man was arrested for driving a dirt bike outside of the GW Hospital Tuesday, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
At about 5:50 p.m., an MPD officer stopped Devonte Speight for driving on the wrong side of the road, according to the report. When the officer stopped to check for Speight’s driver’s license, no record of the vehicle was on file in D.C., Maryland or Virginia, the report states.
Speight was arrested for no permit and operation of all-terrain vehicles and dirt bikes, the report states.
