A person stole a bike outside of The Shops at 2000 Penn Tuesday, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
A man reported to MPD that he left his bike parked and locked up outside the building at about 11:30 a.m. When he returned at about 4 p.m. the bike was missing and his bike lock was cut, the report states.
The case is open.
