Two people stole baby formula from CVS at the Shops at 2000 Penn Friday, according to a Metropolitan Police Department Report.
At about 2:50 p.m. a man reported to MPD that he saw two people place five packages of baby formula into a bag at CVS, according to the report. The subjects then fled west on I Street, the report states.
The case is open.
