A male student reported that his black external hard drive was stolen from his unattended backpack in a fourth-floor study room.

– No suspects or witnesses.

Robbery Pickpocket/Larceny

9/20/2018 – 6 p.m.
Closed Case

A female unaffiliated with the University reported to GW Police Department officers that someone stole her wallet out of her purse at an off-campus restaurant. The Metropolitan Police Department responded and wrote a report.

A male student reported to GWPD that his Toyota Camry was struck by another vehicle while it was parked outside of Lerner Hall.

A female student reported to GWPD that two unknown male subjects sexually assaulted her at an off-campus house.

GWPD responded to a report of a male subject assaulting a female subject in front of a Metro bus stop. MPD also responded to the scene and arrested the male subject.

A female student reported to GWPD that a male subject stole her cellphone. MPD responded to the scene and officers recovered the phone and arrested the man at 2146 F St. NW.

9/26/2018 – 7:38 a.m.
Closed Case

GWPD observed a previously barred male subject sleeping in the alley behind Townhouse Row. Officers issued the subject a bar notice and told him to leave the area.

– Subject barred.

Drug Law Violation, Liquor Law Violation

Shenkman Hall
9/27/2018 – 12:45 a.m.
Closed Case

GWPD responded to a report of the smell of marijuana. Housing officials conducted an administrative search of the room, which yielded marijuana and alcohol.
