A man was arrested Monday night for unlawfully entering the CVS on E Street, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
At about 8:12 p.m., MPD officers arrested Solomone Smith, 40, after he returned to the store three times after “being verbally barred” earlier that day.
He was transported to the Second District station for processing, the report states.
