Ashley Le, a junior studying journalism and mass communication, is running to be president of the Student Association.
Le – who has served on the SA for two years – said her experience as an immigrant from Vietnam gives her a unique voice that will make her an inclusive leader. She said her platform focuses on community empowerment, diversity and intentional collaboration.
If Le were elected, she would become the first female Asian president in recent history.
