The Colonials defeated Massachusetts in the Smith Center Wednesday night 55–49.
GW was led by junior point guard Mei-Lyn Bautista and senior forward Kelli Prange, who scored her 1,000th career point in the contest.
The Colonials hit the road to take on the Saint Louis Billikens Saturday. Tip off is slated for 3:00 p.m.
