Thousands protest on National Mall for second annual Women’s March

About one year after the first Women’s March brought at least half a million marchers to the District, thousands of activists returned to march again this weekend.

Demonstrators gathered at the Lincoln Memorial before marching to the White House Saturday afternoon. D.C. wasn’t the only city involved either – thousands marked the first anniversary of the national women’s march in cities across the nation.
