A local Mexican restaurant hosted an instructional art party to teach participants how to paint Day of the Dead-themed pumpkins to celebrate Halloween and Latin culture Wednesday.
Laredo, located at 3500 Connecticut Ave. NW, hosts art parties every Wednesday night.
