After an era of gentrification, the Shaw neighborhood celebrated Art All Night, which is D.C.’s free overnight arts festival, with local artists presenting their work during the Alley-Oop Murals and Music Festivals at Blagden Alley Sunday.
Many artists who exhibited their work had been driven out of their homes from the very same alley of the festival.
