‘Resist’ art exhibit debuts at Busboys & Poets

“Resist,” an exhibition of art that embodies the Resistance Movement, is now on display at Busboys & Poets on 5th and K streets, as well as Zenith Gallery at 1429 Iris St.

Dozens of artists exhibited their work Thursday night and participated in a discussion on the role of critical art narratives. The discussion and art on display addressed Donald Trump’s presidency, women’s rights, Black Lives Matter and other social issues.
