A man previously barred from campus was arrested for unlawful entry Sunday after he went into Shenkman Hall, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.

University Police Department officer Traneka Parker saw the man inside Shenkman Hall around 11:15 p.m., according to the report.

The man had a Maryland identification card in his possession and his name was searched through a police database. The results showed he had been barred from University property on Aug. 12, 2015.

The man was arrested and transported to Second District station for processing, the report said.
