Sweet Science Coffee in Adams Morgan combines art and science for unique, hand-crafted coffee.
The cafe offers six types of coffees on the bar and several different brewing methods, which can take five to eight minutes to brew per cup.
Sandra Wolter, the owner of Sweet Science Coffee, said customers are interested in learning about the brewing process.
“People really like watching that and experiencing that and learning about it,” said Wolter.
