UPD officers saw students on the observation deck of the residence hall. When the officers approached them, the students threw a bag over the deck. Officers found the bag, which contained 3.5 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. House staff conducted an administrative search of the students’ room and found an additional 5.4 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia and a GW parking sign.
