Former Colonials center Daymon Warren is now a member of the Texas A&M-Kingsville men’s basketball team, following his transfer from GW.

Warren averaged 0.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 24 games for GW during the 2010-11 season, posting season-highs of four points against St. Bonaventure  Jan. 22, 2011, and eight rebounds over Howard Jan. 2, 2011. The Richmond, Calif, native didn’t start any games for the Colonials, and averaged just 7.3 minutes per game. After a fracture in his right hand, Warren redshirted for the 2009 to 2010 season.

A Division II program, Texas A&M-Kingsville went 12-16 this season, falling in the first round of the Lone Star Conference Tournament to Tarleton State February 29.
