Weekend Outlook

Today starts the last weekend of freedom before finals. Here are some fun ways to spend the next few days.

Thursday:

National Christmas Tree

Even if you don’t have tickets, head over to the National Christmas Tree Lighting at 4:30 p.m. today. The event will feature performances by Will.i.am, OneRepublic and Big Time Rush.

Friday:

See Folger Theatre’s 8 p.m. performance of William Shakespeare’s “Othello” before the final show on Sunday. Tickets start at $30.

Saturday:

The Swedish Embassy’s House of Sweden is hosting Swedish Christmas Bazaar Saturday. The event lasts from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and includes drink and song.
