In honor of National Celiac Awareness Day, Roti Mediterranean Grill will donate $1 for every item purchased from its gluten-free menu today.

Customers can choose sandwiches and salads made from gluten-free pita bread, including the Sultan Sandwich, Gluten-Free Salad, and Gluten-Free Platter.

The promotion is valid at all six Roti locations in  D.C., including its newest location at The Avenue.

The popular eatery will donate proceeds to the Celiac Sprue Association, the nation’s largest nonprofit devoted to those suffering from gluten intolerance. The disease affects one in 133 Americans, according to the Celiac Disease Foundation.
