GW ranks No. 8 for internship experience

GW has the eighth highest percentage of graduates who intern during their college career, according to a study by U.S. News and World Report.

Sixty-eight percent of students who graduated with a bachelor’s degrees in 2009 held some sort of internship.

The University of Pennsylvania ranked No. 1 for internships, with 90 percent of students completing an internship. American University also made the list ahead of GW, ranking number No. 3 with 81 percent of students interning.
