Destruction

3/27/10 – Lisner Auditorium – 7:30 p.m. – Case closed

A staff member reported observing a female suspect, unaffiliated with GW, kicking and shattering a glass door at the entrance to Lisner Auditorium. She was allegedly upset because she did not have a ticket to the night’s event and was denied entry. When a responding officer attempted to arrest the suspect, she told the officer she had diplomatic immunity. The Uniformed Division of the Secret Service was contacted to check if she had diplomatic immunity, and it informed University Police that she did not. She was transported to MPD’s 3rd District Station for processing. Closed by arrest

Disorderly Conduct

9/18/09 – International House – 2:40 a.m. – Case closed

UPD responded to a report of an intoxicated male throwing water into a female’s room. When officers arrived they witnessed three intoxicated males carrying a trash can full of water down the hall. During questioning, the individuals admitted that they were going to knock on doors and throw water on residents. The officers conducted a sobriety test and deemed them not a risk to their own safety. Referred to Student Judicial Services

9/26/09 – Crawford Hall – 12:27 a.m. – Case closed

UPD responded to reports of a male subject urinating in front of Crawford Hall. The subject was assessed and determined not to be intoxicated. Referred to SJS

Indecent Exposure

1/25/10 – Phillip Amsterdam Hall – 9:50 p.m. – Case closed

Several students reported that they observed an unknown male masturbating outside of a window. The individual then approached them and exposed himself. When someone yelled at him, he jumped on a bike and fled. No identifiable subject

Lewd Acts

12/05/09 – 2:10 a.m. – Lafayette Hall – Case closed

UPD discovered a female student and a male student in a “compromising” position in varying stages of undress in a staircase. Both subjects claimed they were there on their own will. Referred to SJS

Simple Assault

11/21/09 – JBKO Hall – 1:09 a.m. – Case closed

UPD received a report from a person walking past JBKO who was hit by an ice cube thrown at him from one of the windows. No identifiable subjects
