Corrections

In “GW F.E.E.D. under fire” (Sept. 20 p.1), The Hatchet erroneously stated that only the College Republicans and College Democrats received more than $6,000 from the SA during budget allocations. In addition to those groups, Global Languages, the Jewish Student Association, Panhellenic Association, Inter-Fraternity Council, Medical Student Association and Student Bar Association received more than $6,000.

In “Senior fellow asked to leave” (Sept 24 p.1), The Hatchet mischaracterized Jan Lane’s thoughts on the difficulty of becoming a senior fellow for GW’s Department of Homeland Security Institute. She said he process is not lax.

In “GW pushes expansion of its graduate programs” (Sept. 24 p.1), The Hatchet erroneously reported some graduate enrollment statistics. The correct enrollment statistics from 2002 to 2006 are as follows – Elliot School: 572 to 688, Medical School 1011 to 1242, Columbian College: 2184 to 2195, School of Public Health: 693 to 750.
