In “Student Association: Summer filled with SA successes” (Sept. 4, pg. A1), The Hatchet mistakenly reported that the Student Association stopped co-sponsoring events such as the FRIENDS Block Party in order to cut its budget. The SA still cosponsors events like this. However, the funds come from fundraising and not the organization’s budget.
