Liquor Law Violation

4/23 – Mitchell Hall – 1:53 a.m. – case closed
University Police officers received a call about an intoxicated female. The subject was vomiting and unable to stand. The individual was transported to the GW Hospital emergency room for further medical treatment.
Referred to Student Judicial Services

Drug Law Violation

4/22 – Strong Hall – 6:10 p.m. – case closed
Community Living and Learning Center staff notified UPD that they were in the process of an administrative search in a room in the dormitory. Both individuals in the room were under 21 years of age. Alcohol and drug paraphernalia were found.

Disorderly Conduct

4/20 – Ivory Tower – 1:35 p.m. – case closed
UPD responded to a report of water balloons being tossed out of a window. Officers were unable to detect from which window the balloons were being thrown.
No subjects or witnesses.

Weapons Violation

4/20 – Mitchell Hall – 12:19 a.m. – case closed
UPD was dispatched to a report of a suspicious odor. The student in the room said that he was smoking flavored cigars. An administrative search was conducted and an illegal knife was found in the room and confiscated.
