The Phillips Collection celebrates the return of the Renoir masterpiece “Luncheon of the Boating Party” by giving all visitors free admission this Saturday and Sunday. Even if you don’t know who Renoir is, you should check out this gem of a museum in upper Dupont, which is also exhibiting works by Degas, Sickert and Toulouse-Lautrec (see article at www.gwhatchet.com).

If you have $10

This one’s for the guys: want to impress that special lady friend with a cheap and original date? Take her to the National Gallery’s Cafe Dada this weekend for a quick bite to eat, and view the classic film “Love in the Afternoon,” starring Audrey Hepburn, for free this Saturday at 12:30 p.m. She’ll love it – and you can thank me later.

If you have $20

Looking for a new hangout? The very-cool Vegetate might be the place for you.
