Drug Law Violation
2/11 – Mitchell Hall – 12:01 a.m. – case closed
UPD officers were notified by CLLC staff about the smell of marijuana emanating from a room. Officers knocked on the door and identified themselves. A CLLC staff member did an administrative search of the room and found 3.1 grams of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia, which were confiscated. One individual who is not affiliated with the University was consequently barred from campus.

1/30 – Mitchell Hall – 3 p.m. – case closed
UPD was contacted and conducted an administrative search with CLLC staff on duty. During the search they found various items of drug paraphernalia, several pipes, marijuana residue in bags and a joint. All drugs and drug paraphernalia were confiscated.

2/10 – Ivory Tower – 8:20 a.m. – case closed
UPD was contacted regarding a shoplifting incident at the buffet and in the basement of the building. When officers arrived to the scene they were notified by the venue’s staff that an individual was attempting to put food in a Styrofoam container and leave the store without paying. The store decided to not press charges.
2/10 – Mitchell Hall – 2:35 a.m. – case closed
UPD officers were dispatched to the lobby of the dormitory after they received a report of two individuals engaged in a loud conversation. Upon arrival, an officer spotted an individual with blood on his hands. The other subject had blood on his shirt and pants, and was uncooperative with officers.
