On Tuesday, The Hatchet erroneously quoted junior Charlie Leizear as saying most students at GW focus on success through jobs and internships as opposed to academics (“Task force to decide on 4X4,” p. 7). “Expectations outside of the classroom are much greater. A lot more pressure is put on the students to do research and then bring the research back to the classroom,” the quote read. The quote should have been attributed to Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs Donald Lehman.

The article “Coulter scheduled to speak at GW” (Jan. 17, p. 7) mistakenly identified Ann Coulter as the author of “Do As I Say (Not As I Do): Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy.” The book was actually written by Peter Schweizer.
