Liquor Law Violation

9/25 – Mitchell Hall – 1:17 a.m. – case closed
University Police received a call about an individual who was lying in the grass outside the dormitory. When UPD arrived on the scene, officers observed the individual being carried up the street by other people. Once UPD approached, the subject began to vomit. The officers determined that the subject was extremely intoxicated and transported him to GW Hospital.

9/25 – Thurston Hall – 12:49 a.m. – case closed
While Community Living and Learning Center staff were conducting an administrative search of a room in the building, they found three students not affiliated with the University in a dorm room with alcohol plainly visible. The individuals were barred from GW property following the incident.

9/25 – Thurston Hall – open case
The dormitory’s housekeeping services received a call about trash being left in a hallway on one of the floors. When staff arrived on the scene, they found that the floor’s bulletin board had been torn from the wall. UPD was notified, but no suspects have been found.

Drug Law Violation

9/24 – Mitchell Hall – 12:45 a.m. – case closed
CLLC staff smelled a suspicious odor outside a room in the dormitory. UPD was called, and they discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia, which tested positive for drug use.
