Liquor Law Violation

5/7 – Mitchell Hall – 1:00 a.m. – case closed
After receiving a report of an injured person in the dormitory, University Police found a female sitting on the inside stairs near 7-Eleven. She had vomited and had abrasions on her face and shoulders. She was treated by EMeRG and transported to the GW Hospital.
Referred to Student Judicial Services

Disorderly Conduct

5/7 – Hall on Virginia Avenue – 1:00 a.m. – case closed
A male reported to UPD that a water balloon hit his vehicle while he was driving on Rock Creek Parkway. The driver witnessed another balloon being thrown from a HOVA window. UPD was able to identify the student who threw the balloons based on a description given by the driver.

Assault/Other Offense

5/6 – Off Campus – open case
A student reported that she thought something had been slipped in her drink at a club the night before. The female said she had gone out with three girls and admitted to drinking heavily. When the bar closed she could not find her friends and said three unknown males drove her around and eventually dropped her off at her residence hall.
