9:00 – am Upon arrival at the Ellipse, graduates should proceed immediately to the procession formation site designated for their school. Graduates will be able to identify their school’s line-up location by the color-coded banners that will be in place on the Ellipse. The processions, led by the Washington Scottish Pipe Band, begin.

10:00 am – The University Commencement ceremony begins. The Commencement ceremony is expected to last about two hours.
