Drug Law Violation

3/30 – Mitchell Hall – 10:25 p.m. – case closed
Community Living and Learning Center staff conducted an administrative search in response to a complaint about a suspicious odor. Nearly one gram of marijuana and some drug paraphernalia were found.

Liquor Law Violation

4/2 – Thurston Hall – 12:59 a.m. – case closed
UPD and CLLC staff found 10 people with drinks in a room, seven of whom were underage. Officers assed all present and found that none appeared to need medical attention. Two of the people present, who were over 21 years old and not affiliated with the University, were barred from campus.

4/3 – Hall on Virginia Avenue – 4:53 a.m. – case closed
UPD responded to a report of an intoxicated man in the building; he left before officers arrived around 5 a.m. At 6:15 a.m. the man returned and was evaluated by UPD officers who determined he had been drinking but did not need medical attention.

Threats to do Bodily Harm

3/24 – 18th and M streets – case closed
A female student reported March 30 an incident that had occurred a few days earlier at a club on M Street. A male student allegedly confronted her about a comment she had said about him. Using explicit language, he said he “would mess her up.” She decided to file a report when she saw him in front of her residence hall, but there was no indication he was there to see her.
