Results from Oct. 30:
St. Joseph’s 1, GW 0

News and notes:
GW needed a win in its final match of the regular season to earn a trip to the Atlantic 10 Tournament. However, the Hawks ended the Colonials’ postseason hopes. GW finished the year with a 6-8-5 overall record and a 4-4-3 mark in the A-10.

Men’s cross country

Results from Oct. 30:
The Colonials finished in tenth place at the Atlantic 10 Championships in Pittsburgh, Penn.

News and notes:
Sophomore Daniel Morgan finished in 40th place individually with a time of 27:47.

Next:
GW will travel to Pennsylvania State University Nov. 13 for the 2004 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals.

Senior Trina Bolton had another strong race, finishing in 18th place overall with a season-best time of 18:50.
