Liquor Law Violation

4/1 – McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon – case closed

A freshman female student presented a fake I.D. to enter the bar and was arrested by undercover cops standing with the doormen. Undercover cops regularly patrol the entrance, said the bar’s manager, Wes Wesley, who noted that these incidents “happen all the time.”

4/15 – Off Campus – 3:11 a.m. – case closed

UPD encountered a female student on 2600 Virginia Ave. who had been throwing up and was being assisted to the emergency room by friends.

Burglary II

4/17 – City Hall – open case

Three students reported that their laptops had been stolen from their room after leaving it unlocked.

Pornography

4/15 – Health and Wellness Center – open case

An unknown individual posted multiple pornographic pictures in the men’s locker room shower stalls. Last week, an individual posted 10 similar pictures in the locker room.

Theft

4/18 – Health and Wellness Center – open case

A male student reported that his keys and GWorld card were stolen out of his locker.

4/16 – Public Space –
open case

A female student reported that her bag was stolen off a bench on the 1900 block of E Street after leaving it unattended for “a few moments.”
