Assault

3/28 – Public Space – 2:25 a.m. – open case

A male student reported that while walking in the alley between Thurston and Mitchell halls he was punched in the face several times by a student. The injured student sustained bruises and cuts to his face.

Burglary I

3/28 – Townhouse Row – case closed

A sorority reported that various pieces of furniture were stolen from their lounge area. While University Police officers were patrolling a fraternity building located on Townhouse Row, they discovered furniture that matched the description of the missing pieces.

Drug Law Violation

3/26 – The West End – 12:02 p.m. – case closed

UPD found 13 underage students in a room with alcohol and several pieces of drug paraphernalia.

Liquor Law Violation

3/27 – Lafayette Hall – 1:40 a.m. – case closed

UPD found an intoxicated female who was transported to the emergency room for consumption of alcohol.

3/27 – Public Space – 1:17 a.m. – case closed

UPD observed a female student stumbling down the 800 block of H Street. She was transported to the hospital for further treatment.

Community Living and Learning staff observed a female student in possession of a six pack of beer.

Sexual Assault

3/26 – City Hall – 4 a.m. – open case

A male student groped a female student’s breast while she was sleeping. The male, who entered her first floor room through the unlocked patio door, said he was drunk and had entered the wrong room.
