At least five students were arrested for underage consumption or possession of alcohol at off-campus locations in the last week, according to MPD 2nd District arrest records.
2/21 – Tequila Grill
1990 K St. – 11:30 p.m.
Undercover Metropolitan Police officers arrested three students at a party. The students were reportedly drinking alcohol given to them by guests over the age of 21.
2/20 – Tokay Liquors
506 23rd St.
Two male students were arrested for underage possession of alcohol while trying to buy liquor Friday night. Tokay Liquor employees refused to comment about the bust, saying they “enforce over-21 laws.”
