Disorderly Conduct

12:05 a.m. – case closed
University Police responding to a possible fight discovered four students in a verbal argument about where to move a table. The students resolved the issue among themselves.

A female employee became “loud and disorderly” when she was asked to wear her identification badge upon entering the building.

A UPD officer responded to a noise complaint and found a smoking pipe in plain view.

Harassment

11/22 – Hall on Virginia Avenue
8:30 a.m. – case closed

A female student received a harassing phone call from an unidentified male individual asking her about sexual situations.
No identifiable suspects

11/21 – Mitchell Hall
12:15 a.m. – case closed
A female student on the first floor indicated that an unidentified individual was looking into her window and knocking. The student said she believes this was the second time the person knocked on her window.
No identifiable subjects

Simple Assault

11/22 – Public Space – 3:17 a.m. – case closed

A UPD officer witnessed a male student punch another male student on the right side of his head. The subject fled the scene and was caught on the 2000 block of G Street. The injured student refused medical treatment and did not press charges against the subject with Metropolitan Police.
