Organizations to hold blood drive

The Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority will co-sponsor a blood drive for the American Red Cross Monday afternoon. The drive will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Marvin Center room 302.

The Red Cross is in “dire need” of blood donations this winter, said Lambda Chi Alpha President Tyler Rounding.

Organizers said donors who make appointments will have priority, butwalk-ins will be accepted as well. Students wishing to sign up prior to the event can e-mail [email protected] with a name, phone number and desired appointment time.
