Disorderly Conduct
10/11 – Off Campus
2:10 p.m. – open case
Three male students reported that 12 fraternity members assaulted them at 25th Street and New Hampshire Avenue. One male sustained swelling to his forehead and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

10/9 – Guthridge Hall
11:50 p.m. – case closed
A University Police officer witnessed a male student spitting in the stairwell.

Drug Law Violation
10/12 – Somers Hall
12:53 a.m. – case closed
UPD contacted Community Living and Learning staff to conduct an administrative search in response to a “suspicious” odor. Two female students were found with several pipes, bongs and approximately eight grams of marijuana.

10/12 – Marvin Center
11:55 p.m. – open case
A UPD officer discovered a plastic bag containing 3.5 grams of marijuana on the fifth floor of the Marvin Center.

Harassment
10/8 – Off Campus – open case
An individual unaffiliated with the University reported to UPD that he received a harassing e-mail traced back to GW. The e-mail called the recipient a “bastard” and a “leech on society.”

10/7 – Marvin Center
8:40 p.m. – case closed
A female student reported that
a male individual unaffiliated GW has periodically approached her and tried to engage in sexual conversations.

Liquor Law Violation
10/11 – Marvin Center
1:50 a.m. – case closed
Three students – one male and two female – called the D.C. Fire Department and said they were locked in a stall in a female bathroom. The fire department freed the underage students and noticed that they had been drinking.

2:30 a.m. – case closed
A 4-RIDE driver reported that an intoxicated student was being assisted to the Mount Vernon Shuttle stop. The student was transported to the hospital for assessment.
