Liqour Law Violation
9/7 – 1957 E St. – 1:09 a.m.
Case Closed
Metropolitan Police notified University Police that they transported an intoxicated student to the emergency room for excessive alcohol consumption.
Referred to Student Judicial Services

9/6 – Thurston Hall – 1:25 a.m.
Case Closed
UPD found an intoxicated student vomiting on the floor. The D.C. Fire Department was called, and the student was taken to the hospital for excessive consumption.

9/1 – Public Space – 1:40 a.m.
Case Closed
UPD observed a doubled-over female student vomiting on the ground at the 2000 block of F Street. The student was unable to stand, and was initially uncooperative and belligerent, insisting that she didn’t need assistance. The student was then transported to the emergency room for excessive consumption.

Burglary
9/4 – Thurston Hall – 9:22 p.m.
Case Closed
Upon entering her room, a female student observed a male individual rummaging through her purse. MPD and UPD were called, and the individual, who is unaffiliated with GW, was placed under arrest.

Open Case
Two students returning to their apartment after studying abroad for nine months reported that their stereo, toaster and alarm clock were stolen.

Disorderly Conduct
9/6 – West End Apartments
12:39 a.m. – Case Closed
Students were seen throwing cups out of their window.
Referred to SJS

Unlawful Entry
9/6 – Marvin Center – 3:30 p.m.
Case Closed
A “suspicious” male individual was seen walking around the facility’s fourth floor. UPD was called, and determined that the individual had been previously barred from campus. MPD was called, and the individual was arrested.

Drug Law Violation

9/7 – Dakota Apartments – 1:38 a.m.
Case Closed
A Community Facilitator contacted UPD after smelling a “suspicious” odor emanating from a room. An administrative search was conducted, and 13 underage students were found drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana.
