Greeks model fashions
The Panhellenic Association will host “My Big Fat Greek Fashion Show” Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the Dorothy Betts Marvin Theater.

Members of fraternities and sororities will model fashions from Expressions, Cache, Ellie and Jean Machine and hair styles from Trade Secret and Unchained, Inc.

Money raised at the event will go to support the charity Y-Me of the National Capital Area Breast Cancer Association.

Matchmaker, matchmaker make me a match
Members of the Greek community will have the chance to find a date Friday night, as the Alpha Phi sorority hosts a dating game in the Marvin Center Continental Ballroom at 8 p.m.

Four to six members of Alpha Phi will ask members of various fraternities questions before choosing the men they will accompany on dates.

Questions range from “What’s your shoe size?” to “If you could thank your mother for one thing, what would it be?”

“The event will be fun and interesting to see,” said freshman Katie Fischer, Alpha Phi’s director of philanthropy. “There will be a DJ and music.”

Winners of the dating game will enjoy a free dinner paid by for Alpha Phi and an outside donation.

Though admission is free, donations will be accepted at the door. All proceeds go to the Alpha Phi foundation.
