Case open

Parking services contacted UPD after a counterfeit $100 bill was found in a cash register. The note was handed over to U.S. Secret Service.

Sexual Assault

12/14/02- Off Campus
Case open

A female student reported being sexually assaulted in an undisclosed location in Northwest D.C. The student filed a police report with the MPD, which is currently investigating the incident.

1/10/03- West End Apartments 2:15 p.m.
Case closed

University Police were called after an administrative search by Community Living and Learning Center staff yielded smoking paraphernalia.

UPD was called after a CLLC staff member smelled a “suspicious” odor permeating from a room. An administrative search produced marijuana and smoking paraphernalia.

CLLC staff contacted UPD after an individual refused to vacate a room from which he had been previously evicted. When UPD entered the room, marijuana and smoking paraphernalia were in plain sight.

12/21/02- Aston Hall 9:30 p.m.
Case closed

CLLC staff contacted UPD after reporting smelling a “suspicious” odor coming from a room. Although an administrative search yielded no drugs or drug paraphernalia, alcohol was found in plain sight. The individual in the room was found to be underage.
