Liquor Law Violation

11/10 – International House 11:43 p.m.
Case closed

University Police, responding to a noise complaint, found large amounts of alcohol in plain sight. UPD identified 23 individuals and confiscated the alcohol. All individuals were determined to be underage.

11/9 – Mount Vernon Campus 2:43 a.m.
Case closed

UPD officers observed two intoxicated individuals getting off a Mount Vernon shuttle bus. UPD identified the individuals and determined them both to be underage.

11/9 – Thurston Hall 10:50 p.m.
Case closed

An individual called UPD after he discovered his roommate lying face down, passed out on the bathroom floor. EMeRG was contacted and the individual was transported to the emergency room for excessive consumption. The individual was determined to be underage.

Disorderly Conduct

11/12 – Public space 1:10 a.m.
Case closed

Six non-GW students were observed throwing eggs from a moving vehicle. Metropolitan Police and U.S. Secret Service responded and the individuals were told to clean up the mess. The individuals complied and after cleaning up the mess, they were barred from campus.

Case closed

Two individuals were uncooperative after being asked by staff to leave the premises after they were told to stop playing basketball. University Police identified the individuals and escorted them from the building.

Case closed

An anonymous tip resulted in an administrative search by CLLC staff. One subject was found to be in possession of smoking paraphernalia, which later tested positive for marijuana.

UPD responded to an anonymous tip that drugs were present in a room. An administrative search by CLLC staff yielded smoking paraphernalia, which later tested positive for marijuana.

Robbery

11/9 – Public space 3:20 a.m.
Case closed

Two intoxicated students removed a container from a taxi, which contained the driver’s money and other personal items. After being caught by UPD, the individuals returned the property. The driver chose not to press charges.
