A UPD officer observed several males arguing outside Guthridge Hall. One of the individuals told the officer that another individual had a gun. A search of the individual produced a pellet gun. The individual was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon.

Dakota Hall- 9:50 p.m.
Case closed

A UPD officer patrolling the hall smelled marijuana coming from a room. An administrative search yielded marijuana and smoking paraphernalia, which were subsequently confiscated.

Case closed

A UPD officer patrolling the hall smelled marijuana emanating from one of the rooms. The community director was contacted and the room was found. An administrative search of the room uncovered marijuana paraphernalia.

Liquor Law Violation

Two intoxicated individuals came into the University Police station asking for cab vouchers to the Mount Vernon campus. Both individuals were identified and given cab vouchers.

Case closed

UPD officers found an intoxicated individual was found lying prostrate on a bathroom floor. Police were responding to a call from the individual’s friend. The individual was taken to the emergency room for excessive consumption. It was later found she was underage.

Hall on Virginia Avenue- 1:10 a.m.
Case closed

UPD responded to reports of suspicious activity on the first floor after someone reported seeing a man with no shirt “acting strangely.” Police followed the individual into a room and found seven individuals drinking. They were identified; all were underage. Police confiscated gin and vodka. Emerg was called after one person identified himself as diabetic.

Metropolitan Police notified UPD that the rear window of a car had been shattered by individuals throwing things from an apartment window.

An anonymous individual reported being robbed by three female individuals who proceeded to board a bus heading north. The individual didn’t want to file charges.

A female individual reported that a male individual touched her in an unwanted manner. UPD identified both individuals.
