GW Hatchet Media Kit Information

We publish 11,500 copies of The GW Hatchet every Monday and Thursday (Tuesday after a holiday) from late August through the begining of May. They are distributed to over 70 locations, both on-campus and in the surrounding neighborhood. The GW Hatchet is available in nearly all undergraduate residence halls, classroom facilities and student life buildings, as well as many graduate facilities and neighborhood retail shops.

Pre-Printed Inserts:
Inserts are available in our Monday edition at the following rates:

Single Sheet: $65/thousand
2 – 4 Pages: $70/thousand
Additional 4 pages: $5/thousand
there is a 15% premium for brokered space.
Minimum run: 6,000 | Full run: 10,500

All insertions must be scheduled with the business office, and an advance copy received 10 before the run date for final pricing and approval. In addition, the inserts must be delivered to the printer one week prior to the publication date.
