The Collegiate Water Polo Association ranked the GW women’s water polo team No. 8 on its pre-season top-10 list. The Colonials head into the 2002 season coming off an impressive 6-2 conference record that helped earn the team an at-large bid to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships. GW opens its third season as a varsity sport at the Feb. 16 at the Princeton Invitational.
