I am sitting in class early on Tuesday evening flipping through The Hatchet when I realized why I was not going to vote. The Student Association has no effect on my life. During my time at GW I have not seen anything that shows me that our elected students do anything to improve life on campus. All I see are campaign promises, posters and palm cards. I do not see anything that makes me believe that this crop of SA candidates will be any different than the ones from last year. I am not going to vote because regardless of who wins the only change is going to be who is not going to do anything for the next year.
